The project is running about a few years and it is always in process of improvement.
In the drop down countries listing you can see a number. It’s a counter of cameras for each country. The number can vary every hour.
I am sure it is a wonderful idea to watch the world online. It’s like a travelling around the world.
Although the directory does no contains password protected cameras all unethical private cameras are removed from the site as soon as it’s found.
